How effective is the district with regard to vocational training? Are there additional steps that should be taken?
I have not seen any data to indicate that the vocational programs are working or not working. However, I strongly believe that not all of our youth desire to go on to college. Preparing these youth for the work place prior to their graduation is paramount. If there is a greater demand for vocational training than is currently offered, I feel we should do everything in our power to provide the required life skills for our children.
