How effective is laser permanent hair removal?

I actually did this, but I don’t think it worked at all. Since then, I have done some research on it and come to the realization that skin tone and hair color has a lot to do with how well it works. It works best on people with very light skin and very dark hair because of the great contrast between the two colors. Since I have much darker skin and dark hair, it did almost nothing for me. I also think the practitioner has a lot to do with it. Not all of them know exactly what they’re doing.

Very effective, depending on the practitioner. In the UK it can no longer be called permanent hair removal, but the term permanent hair reduction is used. See the answers I have posted to your other questions. If you are not sure about hair growth cycles or are unsure of the technologies involved just post the question and I’ll try to answer.

Laser hair removal requires several sessions before you can get the results that you want. I would suggest using a wax that actually works the same as the laser process. It’s cheap and would definitely give you the result that you want.
