Hi Richa, Amongst the channel mix it is least effective, unless you are holding walk-in ads. The most effective are internal referrals and the leaste effective are newspaper advertisements others like consultants, job portals, job fairs etcs fall in between. However these extremes have two distinct advantage, Newspaper for external employee branding and referrals for internal employee branding. internal branding address attrition also on another tangent.
