How easy or difficult is it to customize the end user experience?
It is relatively easy to customize a user’s experience. If each user has their own user name and password, they can customize their own desktop to make it their own. They can change the background, add or delete icons from their desktop, etc. On an administrative level, the admin controls which applications and features from the main menu each user or groups of users are able to see.
