Today’s systems are extremely easy to operate. Gone are the days when a technician was needed to run the videoconference. Now, you can use handheld “controllers” similar to the ones you use for your TV to operate the videoconferencing system. Little or no training is required. Just think of videoconferencing like an interactive television: Your friends/colleagues can see and hear you and you can see and hear them.
