How easy is The Real Body Plan program?
With The Real Body Plan youll eat 6 meals a day. You can choose any 6 meals from our menu of over 130 meals on the Real Body Club via your meal planner (every month we add 10 new meals) or using The Real Body Real Food Plan recipe book (available from www.realbodyclub.com/shop). You can also make up your own healthy meals using The Real Body Real Food List which breaks down your daily requirements into Protein foods, Carbohydrate foods and Good Fat foods.
