How easy is it to load a sales proposal model into Sales Document Builder?
Users (SDB Authors) find it is more work to write the proposal model than to load it into SDB. First, someone has to design and develop the proposal model that will be loaded into SDB – at this point the proposal model is a Microsoft Word document. After the proposal model is edited and approved, an SDB Author loads the model into SDB and creates custom input screens for those parts of the proposal that vary from one customer to the next. Developing custom proposal screens is very easy – these are the questions (and help screens) that the sales professionals will use to input customer-specific information.
