A. The Husky Green Fin Kit is very easy to use. It was designed to simulate Bronz-Glow’s in-house coating procedures, and can effectively coat window units, PTAC’s (the through-the-wall units typically found in motels), mini splits, air handler coils and central air condensing units not exceeding 3 tons. Field coating with the Husky Green Fin Kit is as simple as A,B,C – 1,2,3. Here are the steps: 1) Clean the coil(s) and allow them to dry completely. This is an extremely important step! Without a good clean surface, you do not get good adhesion. 2) Prime the coil 3) Apply the top coat using Husky Green Fin.
