How easily is the filter disabled upon library patron or other user request?
With an authorized user name and password, any patron/user can disable the filter immediately. When a patron/user receives a customizable “blocked site” message on their PC screen, the screen will prompt for a pass-code to disable the filter for site access. Library or school policy will dictate how this pass-code will be provided.
