Event venues: Rooms are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis, so it is best to reserve the space as soon as you know the date of your event. Annual events may be reserved 2, 3, 4 years in advance. GC meeting rooms: Meeting rooms may be reserved one or two semesters ahead.
