How does Zotero File Storage work with group libraries?
Group libraries can use Zotero File Storage as long as the group owner has storage space available and has opted to use Zotero File Storage for group files. A Zotero user’s personal library and the libraries of any owned groups will all be deducted from that user’s storage allotment. Group file storage always draws from the storage account of the group owner, not from the group’s members. Users may freely allocate their storage usage between personal and shared (group) libraries. There are no restrictions on the number of shared libraries that users can create and no limits on the number of users who may access those shared libraries.
