How does Zetadocs for GP work?
Like all Zetadocs products, Zetadocs for GP uses a capture-deliver-share solution that manages these tasks from beginning to end on-screen. • It captures inbound documents (such as requests for quotations and sales orders received by email, fax and mail) and allows GP users to enter information from them into the system more efficiently. • It stores these inbound documents so that they are accessible directly from relevant sales or purchasing screens in GP, and via a web browser by authorized users—colleagues, customers, vendors. • It delivers outbound documents (by email, fax or print ) i.e. quotations, order confirmations, returns, back orders, invoices and other documents that are produced as part of financial processes. • It stores copies of these documents that available immediately from within the GP client or via a web broswer. • It links all documents that have been captured or distributed during an end-to-end process, enhancing productivity by allowing employees to search for
