We utilize a state of the art digital thermal transfer process that allows us to offer the highest image quality available. Your graphics will look incredible and your colors vibrant. Here is a breakdown of available disc printing processes: Digital Thermal Print – Offers the highest quality resolution at up to 177 lines per inch. Ideal for runs of 10 – 1000. Offset Print – resolution of up to 170 lines per inch and is ideal for runs of over 1000. Screen Print – resolution of 80-100 lines per inch and is ideal for runs of over 1000. Inkjet / Paper Label – Good resolution but images are dull or the surface will smear and not be waterproof and will easily scratch.
