How does XMS work ?
Before you can start using XMS, the software must be installed on both phones followed by a pairing process. In essence, when you install XMS on your phone, two keys are generated. One key is kept secret on your phone and is called the key. Another key is sent out to other people and is called the Public Key. Only the Public Key can read messages by the Key. Thus, if you have somebody else’s public key, you can send a message that only they can read with their key. This is why you have to ‘pair up’ via XMS’s PairMe function before sending any XMS messages. Each contact only needs to be paired once. When sending your first XMS message before pairing, a pairing process under the option called “PairMe” will take effect. This is normal for Public Key access mechanism.
