: WiseGuys promotes B-B customer loyalty by finding “lapsed customers”. It prompts you for a date beyond which an organization is considered “lapsed”. For instance, if you key 01/01/2001, WiseGuys will return all organization records with no orders since that date. Note that it considers all individuals at the org location when it makes this determination.
