How does Winsor Pilates work?
Winsor Pilates is similar to many other exercise programs. The Winsor Pilates stances, motions and breathing patterns can be learned from video tapes, books or in-person classes. The program is best for people seeking to increase overall fitness, not just for short-term weight loss. A 20-minute or 50-minute workout is performed periodically (up to twice daily) by the exerciser. The main concentration is on floor exercises performed in a specific sequence. The main muscle areas focused on are the abs, lower back, hips and buttocks.
