How does window tinting work?
Window tinting is a process in which a plastic film or metallic laminate is applied to glass windows. Films can vary greatly in chemical composition depending on the desired function or look. Naturally, some films are higher quality and last much longer than others, such as all-metal film versus a basic dyed film. Films come in different levels of darkness, measured in visible light transmission (VLT). A film with a VLT of 35% means that only thirty-five percent of light passes through. Here at Brandon’s Pro Window Tinting & Detailing, we use high-quality LlumarĀ® Window Film, and are so confident in the value of the film that we offer an exclusive lifetime warranty on all window tinting services.
