Our equity capital combines our own funds with large private capital resources to complete our acquisitions. Final decision-making on acquisitions will occur as and when necessary and is not conditioned on board or committee meetings that only occur periodically. Our primary decision makers are in constant contact with one another, aware of pending opportunities which require quick decisions to ensure said opportunities are not lost to 3rd parties.
