Answer… WFC is paid by the landowner from the logging revenue. We usually charge a flat fee, or a percentage of the landowners net income from the timbersale. whichever it may be it will be clearly explained to you and written in the contract. No money need be paid out of pocket to WFC by the landowner when signing the contract, all costs will be deducted from the timbersale income when the sale starts… Rest assured that there will be no hidden costs during the course of the sale!!!
