An excellent indicator of effectiveness is the percentage of moderate and high-risk individuals that are active clinic patients and are actively involved with the WeCare program. Through quality assurance audits the medical provider is evaluated against embedded standards of care. The provider’s performance rating is utilized to conduct any additional training needed.
