How does Webdigs make money?
When customers buy a home using Webdigs, we earn a commission as their broker. We return two-thirds of the commission to the customer (in the form of closings costs or a reduced purchase price), and retain one-third for our services. When customers sell a home using Webdigs, we earn a flat fee for the services we provide. Webdigs offers the customer the choice of paying $2,000 prior to listing or $3,000 at closing.
