How does water pollution with fertilizer affect the habitat of animals?
well, theres a few ways it can affect the habitat, like somone else stated, if the water gets murky from contamination, not much will grow like algae n other greenery that fish eat, making the larger fish that eat the little fish not able to find a food source, therefor dying off themselve, and thus the cycle starts of starvation to the animals within the water, now outside the water, if the contamination is harmful when ingested, and it gets into say the plantlife that deer eat, or any other land animal, and they get sick, potentially killing them if they cant recover from it, will it cause the whole species to die off no, will it affect the ecosystem of that particular area yes,
