How does Vontastics Emergency Calling Service work?
Based on your location and the deployment of VOIP 911 services in your area (which is outside of our control), you may have “Enhanced 911” or “Basic 911” or not have 911 Service available at all. In the event your are has Enchanced 911, your location information and phone number will be transmitted to the emergency response center assigned to your location. With Basic 911, the emergency response center will not have your location information or phone number, so you must be prepared to provide this information and if you don’t give or can’t give the emergency response center the information they require to help you, they may not be able to provide emergency response.
