How does Vesconite Hilube compare with lubricated nylons?
Vesconite Hilube has much lower friction, higher PV limit and is better suited for dry or underwater operation. Vesconite Hilube has a much higher load bearing capacity, negligible water absorption and much better dimensional stability. Vesconite Hilube has much higher chemical resistance to acids, but lower resistance to strong alkalis and steam, and lower impact strength.
