Customers that purchase “naked PCs” intending to run the Windows Client OS on the desktop at a later date put their company at risk for non-compliance with their Microsoft licensing agreement. If hey usetheir Volume License to install the full Windows OS, they will violate the terms of their Volume Licensing agreement and will not be eligible for benefits offered to licensed customers.
