How does User make an international call using Express Dial Service?
To use Express Dial Service from Smartphone Just dial any international number on the mobile phone with 011, + or 1 prefix call will be automatically redirected to Reliance network by Express Dial. User can use Express Dial service with both PINfull & PINless feature to make international calls. However, to avoid any inconvenience, user have to make sure that handset is set with the correct feature which is same as available against Reliance Global Call Enterprise account i.e. if your Reliance Global Call Enterprise account is set for PINless dialing then in the handset ‘Dial Flow’ option in ‘Settings’ should reflect as PINless.
