How does URETEK seal and encapsulate a problematic manhole?

0

A series of penny-sized holes are drilled through the manhole casing where cracks or fractures are visible. URETEK’s patented, hydro-insensitive, high-density polyurethane foam is injected through the holes into the eroded soil around the casing. The polyurethane expands, filling the voids, densifying weak soils, and eventually outcropping through the cracked manhole, providing a positive seal and rehabilitation of the manhole. URETEK can quickly rehabilitate an entire manhole system in a fraction of the time and cost it takes to excavation and fully replace the drainage system.
