How does URETEK lift commercial foundations?
A series of penny-sized holes are drilled approximately six feet apart in the area of the foundation that needs raising. A special, high-density polyurethane formulation is injected through the holes into the area under the slab. The polyurethane expands, filling the voids and raising the affected area. The polyurethane foam URETEK uses is a structural, rigid polyurethane, used to stabilize and realign everything from small sidewalks to airport runways.
