How does Twilios free trial work?
When you open an account, you get $30 worth of Twilio credit to build and test your applications. You can use the credit for minutes, SMS messages, and transcriptions. However, the free trial comes with some limitations. If you haven’t upgraded from your Twilio free trial: • You can’t purchase phone numbers; you must use the Twilio sandbox phone number. • You can’t make international phone calls. After you upgrade to a paid account, you’re free to continue using the sandbox phone number for testing. However the limitations regarding sending SMS messages and international calls will continue to apply to the sandbox number.
