How does Turbulenz handle a range of hardware and connection speeds?
The Turbulenz Platform automatically looks at the performance of a gamers machine and the speed of their Internet connection when deciding which assets to stream from the server. The technology allows games to reduce the visual and audio fidelity of the game to work better on lower powered machines. Additionally, the server streams lower resolution assets to help with slower Internet connections.
