How does Triton’s TriBan Antimicrobial System work?
When applied to surfaces or substrates, the durable antimicrobial product creates a durable, positively charged, molecular bond with the surface that will not lose its effectiveness over time. The TriBan System’s actives use the “positive” charge to attract and eradicate the negatively charged microbe and leave it as organic material. Being that the microbe does not absorb our antimicrobial technology, microbial adaptation cannot take place, and “super bugs” are not a risk on any level. Our System is continually active, and benefits by normal cleaning protocol where it allows the dead organic microbe to be washed away.
