After being declared as number one anti-virus in the country, we are now moving towards further expanding our market. This is happening with more focus towards SMB space products, which are both cost effective and maintainable, issues most relevant to them. We have introduced our ‘Worry Free Security’ initiative aimed at helping smaller businesses with little or no IT support. The solution offers all-in-one integrated defence and automatic threat protection with minimal administration requirements. In case of an outbreak the defence mechanism auto blocks the computer till the time a cure is found. It is estimated that in India, 44% of the total IT spend of Rs 26,100 crore comes from the SMB segment. This validates our strategy to focus on this segment.
