How does TreasCore handle vendor disputes?
We will do our best to resolve issues on your behalf with vendors using the limited power of attorney provided. Vendor disputes can be requested by you or will be initiated by your PTP when the need arises. In many cases TreasCore is unable to fully resolve the issue; in these cases your PTP will contact you with the final steps you will need to take to resolve the issue. While disputing a specific item or charge, you will need to determine what amount you would like to pay and inform your PTP.
