How Does Trash Removal Work at NorthPark?
NorthPark has a master contract with Waste Management (303-797-1600) for trash removal. The cost of trash removal is included in your monthly maintenance fee paid to the Association. Trash pickup day is every Monday with recycling days occurring on every other Monday. You must call Waste Management to arrange for recycling bins if the previous owner did not leave them. There is a fee that you must pay for the recycling bins. Waste Management does have guidelines concerning excess trash, weight of containers and large item pickup. You are encouraged to contact Waste Management to obtain these guidelines. On weeks with a major holiday (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), pickup will occur on Tuesday. Trash Courtesy Reminders! 1.
