How Does Trash Removal Work at Home Farm Community?
Home Farm Community has a master contract with Beeline Disposal (303-920-9722) for trash removal. The cost of trash removal is included in your monthly maintenance fee paid to the Association. Trash pickup and recycling occurs every Monday. You must call Beeline Disposal to arrange for recycling bins if the previous owner did not leave them. There is a fee that you must pay for the recycling bins. Beeline Disposal does have guidelines concerning excess trash, weight of containers and large item pickup. You are encouraged to contact Beeline Disposal to obtain these guidelines. On weeks with a major holiday (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas), pickup will occur on Tuesday. Trash Courtesy Reminders! 1.
