Golden Gate Ferry A TransLink device is installed near all ferry terminal fare gates. Simply “tag” your card upon entering in San Francisco or Larkspur by placing your card flat against the TransLink logo on the card reader and hold until you hear the beep. The appropriate discounted ferry fare will be deducted from your card.
