How does TownISP handle SPAM?

A.In March, TownISP implemented a new feature to reduce the amount of spam received by our customers. When you log into our web based email client, called Webmail, you will now find a new folder called “Spam”. All email that is determined to be spam by our filtering systems will be placed in this folder. Please check this folder periodically as there may be a message that has been flagged as spam, which you do not consider spam. If so, you should move such messages to your inbox or other custom folder. Messages in the “Spam” folder will not be downloaded into your local email client (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook express, Windows Mail, et. al.) and will be automatically purged after 6 months. Q.
