How does Toll Collect calculate the truck toll?
Using the toll table published by the Federal Office for Public Roadways as a basis, the toll is calculated for each route segment. This method is technically precise and commercially transparent. The price is calculated to the fourth decimal place and the amount is then mathematically rounded. Decimal figures ending in a number less than 5 are rounded down; figures ending in the number 5 or higher are rounded up.
