How does tmobile flex pay work?
T-Mobile flex pay is basically a pre-paid service. You will pay for your bill before you actually can use the service. Flex pay consists of two parts. The first is the Monthly Reoccurring Charges and that is what you will pay for every month. This consists of the rate plan plus any features you may decide to have on it (text message bundle, tzones etc) The second is your flex account…consider it your piggy bank. The reason for the flex account is because you have to pay for everything first. This includes ring tones, 411, text messaging (if you don’t have a plan for this). If you want to download ring tones then you must have money in the flex account. You can keep however much money in your flex account – it won’t go away every month unless you spend it all. You can refilll your flex account by purchasing a refil or T-Mobile to go card. Another reason for your flex account is just in case you run out of anytime minutes. If you do, it will take out of your flex account 0.
