How does TLM work?
Whenever we form a belief that limits our performance it is almost always based on past experiences. These beliefs appear to tell us some important things about life, ourselves, or specific areas of our performance, like how well we can play golf. A few typical beliefs that can impede your golf game by creating stress or anxiety include: If I don’t do well, I’ll be rejected (or people won’t think well of me), I can’t sustain a good game for 18 holes, and I’m not as good as people think. What TLM does is help you to get on the deepest possible level that what happened in the past tells you nothing for certain about the future. You will find yourself feeling full of possibilities when your beliefs, which you frequently are unaware of, are eliminated one by one.
