How does TLCs equipment cut circular and curvilinear as well as rectilinear shapes?

The Windows®-based operating system interfaces seamlessly with AutoCAD® .dxf files. Therefore, any shape that is drawn in AutoCAD® can be scribed. Breakout, however, is dependent upon flowing arcs and straight lines. Circular and curvilinear cutting is achieved with a TLC’s proprietary rotating head that incorporates a CCD camera for onstage measurement and inspection. The stage is stationary (does not rotate).
