How does Time Machine compare to other software security solutions?
The Time Machine is easy to install and configure. It allows the user to protect and recover all system files, data files and applications in minutes. It does not require hardware, thus preventing any complications in its installation. Other security software on the other hands operates by requiring the skilled personnel to selectively block users out of certain key and sensitive areas of the computer. This is more difficult to install and maintain, and leaves ‘security gaps’ for malicious users to break into. Thus, the users are prevented from fully accessing the systems’ resources.
