How does Time and Labor handle FMLA?
AN: Time and Labor contains several codes for FMLA which will be used depending on the employee’s situation. For example, there are TRC codes for vacation leave used during FMLA, for sick leave used during FMLA or for docked time for FMLA if the employee is out of leave. The HR Benefits Leave Coordinator will advise the employee’s supervisor, when the employee is officially approved for FMLA, which codes to use.
