How does tiller setting affect the way my bow performs?
As mentioned in the tiller section, all Martin bows should start with ‘0’ or even tiller. This setting will work best for most shooters. However, after completing the tuning section and your bow is in perfect tune, you can custom fit the tiller to give you the most steady hold and very tight groups. This is an individual thing, and no one tiller setting is good for everybody. This requires some experimentation to find the best spot for you.
