The IIFP Fluorine Extraction Process and Depleted Uranium Deconversion (FEP/DUP) Plant will be designed to process up to 22 million pounds of commercially generated depleted UF6 annually. Neither International Isotopes, Inc. (INIS), nor its subsidiary, International Isotopes Fluorine Products (IIFP), Inc., is associated with the National Enrichment Facility. INIS plans to develop independent agreements with commercial enrichment facilities to process the depleted UF6.
