How does this portable unit compare to some of the more popular wall or AC powered units?

This much energy is simply not available in a battery powered unit, therefore the heating chamber needs to be smaller. The wall-powered bag-filling units are designed for aromatherapy for large groups of people, while this vaporizer is designed more as an individual vaporizer, for one person to use at a time.
