How does this change affect my vacation leave (VL) and temporary disability leave (TDL) accruals?

Employees currently paid on a monthly basis will accrue VL and TDL on each biweekly pay check. The amount of VL and TDL you are eligible to accrue within a year will not change. If you are eligible to accrue 15 days of VL per year, you will receive 0.58 days of VL each pay period (15 days/26 pay periods). Employees currently being paid on a biweekly basis will see no change in how VL and TDL are accrued.
