How does this affect INFOhio s relationship with Sirsi?
After extensive discussions, Sirsi agreed to grant INFOhio exclusive distribution rights to its K-12 product in Ohio. An agreement clarifying and reflecting this relationship was completed between Sirsi and Sagebrush in October 2002. Sagebrush will no longer sell or market the Sirsi K-12 product (sold by Sagebrush as the Accent product) in Ohio. Schools wanting the Sirsi K-12 product will acquire it through INFOhio.
