How does this activity relate to the visioning work done in the mid 90s, and the Listening Posts done four years ago?
This initiative and building plan is a direct response to those very items and issues raised during these visioning sessions. Those discussions highlighted that we need to provide for more opportunities (and space) for youth and young adults, as well as more space for our current and potential future activities. Use of the existing annex building was also a point that most folks raised during those earlier discussions. The general response at that time was to investigate ways we can start using the annex in a more effective manner for church-related activities and needs.
