How does the Workshop Course operate?
Upon registration for a select workshop each candidate is sent a complete course materials package. The course materials systematically teach the candidate the science behind sound exercise programming and instruction. Candidates should prepare by completing the designated readings, written activities, and course viewings prior to attending their selected workshop. This preparation will further assist candidates in understanding the information that is reviewed during participation in the two-day Workshop Course.
